We are planning to enable dispatchers to add more details to call cards.

To keep OnClock easy to use, we are not planning on adding specific details to call cards. Therefore, there wouldn't be an input to select the call type, but rather a simple area where dispatchers can enter anything they want. To complement this, we would also allow services to add some boilerplate text for the dispatcher to supply textually the call type for example.
