The current home page shows a list of all on-duty personnel inside the service. This list is not currently affected by the timeout, meaning that sometimes, a user might show as on-duty for multiple days.

The new on-duty list will be more like the list shown using a /onduty command with the bot. It will only show users that aren't timeout and you will be able to see all users across all shown services.
