It would be interesting to allow communities that want more realism to be able to toggle an option to generate more realistic call card numbers.

The new format would follow one of these patterns: ###-DDMMYYYY, ###-MMDDYYYY or ###-YYYYMMDD. The '#' represents a sequential number of 3 digits.
